Job summary

DB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer / Technical Consultant in Ireland. You will be responsible for technical design, development, customization and integration of BC solutions, ensuring alignment with trusted Microsoft standards and best practices.

The role involves designing BC solutions, configuring to customer needs, and integrating with external systems while collaborating with Functional Consultants for technical designs and post-launch

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Knowledge of BC architecture and development environment.
• Experience with APIs, REST/SOAP web services and integrations.
• Experience with BC SaaS/cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio Code and AL extensions.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases.
• Experience migrating NAV to BC is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain BC solutions within Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Configure and customise BC to meet customer requirements.
• Design and develop integrations between BC and third-party apps.
• Work with REST APIs, web services and other integration technologies.
• Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, extensions and automated processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support.
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs with functional consultants.
• Perform code reviews, testing and deployment of BC developments.
• Follow Microsoft development standards and best practices.
• Support BC implementations from design to go-live and post-production.
