Job summary

ATC Driving Forward is hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our hybrid team in Dublin. You will develop, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 modules, and design Power Platform solutions to optimize ERP/TMS processes.

The role requires hands-on Dynamics 365 experience, Power Platform skills, and strong data modeling abilities. You will liaise with stakeholders, drive end-to-end deployments, and support ongoing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a relevant field.
• Strong technical background with a focus on ERP and TMS systems.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in D365 development or ERP development.
• Experience in a technical role with ERP or TMS systems, not as end-user.
• Proven experience in 2-3 full lifecycle ERP/TMS implementations.
• Hands-on with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Model-Driven Apps).
• Experience integrating D365 with other systems and data migration.

This Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Microsoft D365 Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience developing and customizing ERP systems, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365, and a strong understanding of TMS (Transport Management Systems) or similar systems. This role requires a solid technical background and the ability to configure, customise, and integrate solutions within ERP and TMS environments to meet business needs and optimize operations.

Contract Type:Full‑time role with a permanent contract.

Location: Hybrid role open to candidates based in Dublin, London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, or Stockholm.

• Integrate and work with ERP systems, preferably in a technical or developer role.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Power Platform and Dynamics 365
• Owning the end‑to‑end process of rolling out solutions to the business, ensuring successful deployment, user adoption, and high engagement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a relevant field.
• Strong technical background with a focus on ERP and TMS systems.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in D365 development or ERP development.
• Experience working in a technical role (e.g., ERP Consultant, In-house) with ERP or TMS systems, not as an end‑user.
• Proven experience in 2-3 full lifecycle ERP/TMS implementations.
• Ability to configure and customise Dynamics 365 modules to meet business requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, including Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Model-Driven Apps.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data modeling.
• Experience conducting training sessions for end-users and creating user manuals.
• In‑depth knowledge of business processes and best practices.
• Experience integrating D365 with other systems.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to varying work standards and demands.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
• Capable of completing tasks within required timelines.
• Resilient and able to manage shifting priorities.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Experience with data migration.

• Working knowledge of a European language.
• Experience with MS SharePoint in a corporate environment.

• Proficiency in SQL.
