Job summary

RECRUITERS is seeking a senior Dynamics 365 CRM developer to design and implement CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field Service.

You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, lead data migrations, and ensure security and GDPR compliance, with collaboration across stakeholders and adoption support.

The Role

• Design, develop and implement innovative Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field Service.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and user-friendly technical solutions.
• Build custom plugins, workflows, integrations and automation.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise platforms including SAP, Azure and third-party applications.
• Lead data migration, testing, troubleshooting and ongoing platform optimisation.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and support users through training and adoption.
• Champion security, GDPR compliance, documentation and continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of the latest Dynamics 365, Power Platform and emerging AI capabilities.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ CRM development experience, with strong hands-on Dynamics 365 expertise.
• Proven experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse.
• Experience with SQL Server, SSIS, integrations and data migration.
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 security, authentication and authorisation.
• Microsoft/D365 certification is essential – certification must be available to verify.
• A degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Azure, DevOps, AI or Power Platform certifications are a bonus.
