Job summary

Storm Technology Ltd., part of the Littlefish Group, seeks a D365 Business Central Support Consultant to assist clients across Ireland with ERP and financial systems. You will provide high-quality functional support, resolve issues and collaborate with Level 2/3 teams to ensure a superior support experience.

The role focuses on onboarding customers, contributing to our Knowledge Base, and delivering services within SLAs while building trusted customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Accounting, MIS or equivalent.
• Experience supporting or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP solution.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, accounting and financial reporting systems.
• Financial systems experience, either as a consultant or end user.
• Background supporting business applications in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing functional support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Business Central customers.
• Managing issues through to resolution with an excellent support experience.
• Collaborating with Level 2 and Level 3 teams to resolve complex issues.

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive D365 Business Central Support Consultant to provide high-quality support to clients, resolving issues, sharing guidance and working closely with internal practice teams to deliver an excellent support experience.

You will:
