TEKenable is seeking a Solution Architect – ERP (Microsoft Business Central) to join our growing ERP practice. The role leads end-to-end ERP design across complex client engagements, shaping architecture and aligning solutions to business requirements.

We offer remote work flexibility across Ireland/UK, a collaborative leadership-focused environment, and exposure to Microsoft, Salesforce and low-code platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in ERP solution architecture with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex, end-to-end ERP solutions.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems, business processes and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based architecture and Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and translating business strategy into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and provide architectural leadership across engagements.
• Experience mentoring and guiding technical and functional teams.
• Strong focus on quality, scalability, security and long-term maintainability.
• Ensure understanding, compliance with, and promotion of ISO27001 and ISO9001 policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of governance and quality across all activities.
