Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Application Programmer based in Ireland to join a remote-first contract. You will design, develop, and support Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, customer portals, and AI-powered customer engagement features.

The role emphasizes modernizing applications within an Agile/Scrum framework and mentoring peers. You will collaborate with analysts, QA, and leadership to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while delivering high-quality software and production

Qualifications

Hands-on Dynamics CRM and 365 development experience.
Experience building Dynamics customer portals or similar apps.
Proficient in full SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices.
Ability to mentor teammates and promote coding standards.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for evolving business needs.
Build customer-facing portals and related digital experiences.
Manage the full software development lifecycle from design to production support.
Implement AI-powered customer service capabilities and integrations.
Contribute to intelligent document processing and automation initiatives.
Collaborate across analysts, QA, developers, and leadership in Agile teams.
Provide production support and root-cause analysis for issues.
Maintain technical documentation and release notes.
