Job summary

Primtac Personnel LTD in Dublin is seeking a Warehouse & Operations Assistant to join our team. The role blends practical warehouse tasks with light administration, stock handling, and order processing to support smooth logistics.

You will maintain accurate stock records, assist with packing, data entry in spreadsheets, and liaise with colleagues to ensure timely delivery. A reliable team player with good English and basic computer skills will thrive in this hands-on, Monday–Friday role.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a strong level of English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable carrying out both warehouse and office duties.
• Mon - Fri -8.30 - 5.30 / 9 - 6

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Receive, check and process returned goods.
• Inspect, clean and prepare products for reuse or delivery.
• Prepare packaging materials and assemble boxes.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
• Update spreadsheets and internal databases.
• Process orders and prepare delivery paperwork.
• Track shipments and liaise with logistics providers.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe and organised.
• Assist with general office administration when required.
• Support other team members with daily warehouse and logistics duties.
