Job summary

DesignBuild Search are working with an expanding Cost and Project Management Consultancy in Ireland. They have an opening for an intermediate Project Manager to join a skilled management and cost team, covering Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects.

The successful candidate will act as Design Task Leader or Project Manager on live jobs, supervise construction and ensure adherence to specifications, attend client/stakeholder meetings, and line-manage engineers and project staff.

Qualifications

• 7+ years project management experience.
• Experience on residential and commercial projects.
• Previous consultancies experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as Design Task Leader or Project Manager on live jobs.
• Supervise construction and ensure execution meets specifications.
• Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Line manage engineers and project staff.
• Coach and mentor junior staff toward chartered status.
• Develop proposals for new commissions.
