Qualifications

• Previous bar or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to all guests, ensuring a warm and friendly experience.
• Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with skill and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area at all times.
• Follow all licensing laws and health & safety regulations to ensure a safe and responsible environment.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Support your team members, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Assist in stock management, ensuring accurate inventory and minimal waste.
• Engage with customers, making them feel welcome and valued.
• Assist with food running and other general hospitality duties as required.
• Be flexible and adaptable, supporting the wider team and business during busy periods and changing operational requirements.
