LK Education Ireland Ltd., Gorey School of English, Gorey, Ireland, is seeking an Activity Leader & Assistant to the School Director. This permanent, full-time role (40 h/week) includes weekends and seasonal on-call duties.

You will design and deliver the activities programme and provide hands-on operational support to the School Director. The ideal candidate has youth-activity experience, can plan and run excursions, understands safeguarding, and holds at least a C1 level in English.

Competenze

Experience as an activity leader or youth worker with teenage or junior groups.
Experience planning and running activities and excursions.
Knowledge of safeguarding practice with minors.
C1 level of English or higher.
Availability for the on-call rota (one week on / one week off).

Mansioni

Plan, organise and deliver the weekly programme of on-site and off-site activities.
Coordinate activity logistics, timings and supervision; ensure safety and engagement.
Manage activity materials and basic logistical requirements.
Coordinate Activity Leaders and provide day-to-day support.
Assist the School Director with daily operational tasks and logistics.
Support student arrivals, departures and safeguarding processes.
Provide 24-hour emergency on-call cover on a rota basis.
