Job summary

TP in Dublin is seeking an Operational SME specializing in Dutch language to join our dynamic, international team. The role focuses on quality standards, policy compliance, and delivering excellence in a busy shared services environment.

You will coach new hires, provide real-time support, enforce policies, review content, and collaborate with training, quality, and operations. Must be fluent Dutch with 2+ years in operations/BPO; a degree is desirable. Onsite Dublin role with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch required with strong empathy in 1:1 support.
• Minimum 2 years in Operations/BPO or similar.
• Willing to work onsite in Ireland; valid work permission.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor new hire Agents during nesting phase on the floor.
• Provide Real Time support by resolving inquiries, coaching & mentoring with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy.
• Assist in the implementation of corrective action plans for performance improvement.
• Stay knowledgeable about Client products and policy changes in collaboration with training.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and written communication skills with empathy.
• Enforce Terms of Use and monitor reports of abuse on the site.
• Review production jobs within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
