Abrivia Recruitment Specialists is seeking a Business Development Representative for the Dutch Market in Dublin City Centre. You will drive strategic conversations with mid-market organisations in the Netherlands and Benelux, engaging senior leaders to explore AI and digital transformation value.

You’ll nurture high-quality pipeline, shape account strategies and collaborate with the wider commercial team to create meaningful opportunities.

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in B2B technology sales or related roles.
Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise organisations.
Strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value.
Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage high-value mid-market organisations across the Netherlands through targeted, insight-led outreach.
Build relationships with senior stakeholders including C-level executives and business transformation leaders.
Lead strategic discovery conversations to understand priorities, challenges and transformation objectives.
Research target accounts, map structures and develop account strategies around AI adoption.
Collaborate with Account Executives and sales leadership on engagement strategies.
Qualify opportunities with focus on business fit, strategic value and long-term potential.
Ensure smooth transition of opportunities into later-stage sales conversations.
Maintain accurate CRM records, account intelligence and forecasting information.
Stay updated on AI, SaaS, data strategy and digital transformation in the Dutch market.
