Job summary

Karl Strong Construction Limited is urgently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a civil engineering project in Dublin. The role covers day-to-day supervision of site activities, workers and subcontractors, with a focus on drainage, underground utilities and pipe-laying.

Essential candidates have 3+ years in civil/site-management, strong leadership and proven site supervision skills. Driving licence, Safe Pass and work eligibility for Ireland are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years civil/site-management experience.
• Strong understanding of drainage, utilities and pipe-laying works.
• Excellent supervision, organisation and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily site operations
• Coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, plant and materials
• Monitor progress and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with site health and safety requirements
• Oversee drainage, utilities and pipe-laying works
• Liaise with company management and other project personnel
• Maintain appropriate site records and report on progress
