CACEIS in Dublin is offering a 12-month VIE contract for a Fund Accountant. The role involves overseeing NAV calculations, producing daily to ad hoc client reports, and supporting the Fund Accounting team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• Experience in financial services industry in an operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Organise and own personal daily work schedule of allocated funds and reporting.
• Provide Fund Accounting support to allocated clients.
• Supervise the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all processes.
• Monitor key quality, productivity and risk measures and ensure targets are met.
• Adhere to operating procedures ensuring accuracy and timeliness of processes.
• Support team manager with project and client requests.
• Minimise processing errors and financial losses.
• Document business support procedures.
• Coordinate and administer assignments and maintain schedules.
• Demonstrate awareness of technical requirements for accounting products.
• Foster a cohesive Fund Accounting team focused on client service and efficiency.
