Job summary

CACEIS Ireland (Dublin) is seeking a Fund Accountant to oversee daily NAV valuations and provide robust client reporting. You will support the Fund Accounting team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and adherence to procedures in a client-centric environment.

The role requires post-secondary education in accounting/finance and experience in financial services operations, with a focus on risk management, teamwork and communication. Flexible working options are supported.

Qualifications

• Must-have: Post-secondary education in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• Experience in financial services operations or similar environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good business acumen and analytical thinking.
• Risk management focus and ability to manage time effectively.
• Nice-to-have: professional accreditation or client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily NAV valuations and ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Support client reporting with daily, weekly and ad hoc outputs.
• Provide Fund Accounting support to allocated clients.
• Monitor key quality, productivity and risk metrics.
• Adhere to operating procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist Team Manager with projects and client requests.
• Minimise processing errors and document procedures.
• Coordinate assignments and maintain schedules.
• Understand accounting product requirements and maintain client service focus.
• Foster teamwork and deliver an error-free operating environment.
