Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan are recruiting an experienced HSE Advisor to support their Dublin construction projects. You will provide HSE advice to site management, ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, and carry out regular site inspections.

The role requires NEBOSH General Certificate, a Level 8 qualification in Health & Safety, and at least 3 years' HSE experience in construction. A full driving licence and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years' HSE experience in construction.
NEBOSH cert or equivalent.
Level 8 Health & Safety qualification.
Strong knowledge of Irish H&S legislation.
Full clean Irish driving licence.

Responsibilities

Provide HSE advice, guidance and support to site management and project teams.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation, regulations and company procedures.
Carry out regular site inspections, audits and risk assessments, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
Review and monitor RAMS, method statements and subcontractor activities.
Assist with incident reporting and investigations, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are followed through.
Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and HSE training as required.
Promote a strong safety culture and drive continual improvement across the project.
