Job summary

Blake Search Partners is seeking a Branch Manager / Associate Director for the Dublin 1 hybrid office. You will lead the Dublin City Centre branch, overseeing residential sales, valuations, lettings, and growth of the branch.

You will mentor a team of negotiators, manage conveyancing relationships, develop marketing strategies, and drive branch performance to deliver outcomes. PSRA licence required, 5+ years in the Dublin market, driving licence.

Qualifications

• PSRA Licence (Category B & C) is essential.
• 5+ years' experience in residential sales, with Dublin market networks.
• Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management.
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the branch's performance, managing all aspects of residential property sales from appraisal through to sale completion.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of sales negotiators, setting targets and supporting their professional growth.
• Oversee the conveyancing process and manage relationships with all stakeholders throughout the sales process.
• Conduct property valuations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends to inform branch strategy.
• Drive new business development, identifying and pitching for opportunities to grow the branch's market share.
• Develop and execute marketing strategy for the branch, leveraging the company's online presence through video and social media campaigns.
• Oversee residential lettings activity within the branch, ensuring service and performance.
• Drive growth of the branch's property management portfolio, advising clients on services available.
• Monitor and report on branch performance, budgets and KPIs, providing updates to senior management.
• Contribute to wider business strategy and the growth of the Dublin operation.
