UPMC Kildare Hospital in Ireland is seeking a Dual Qualified Staff Nurse to join a team providing high quality, patient-centred care. You will work under the Unit Manager, mentor preregistration students, and maintain professional registration while delivering evidence-based practice.

The role requires at least 1 year post-registration experience; surgical experience is desirable. The package includes a salary of €44,655.38–€57,645.26 per year with benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Registered General & Paediatric nurse with NMBI.
• At least 1 year's post-registration experience (essential).
• Surgical experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest possible standard of patient care.
• Act as a preceptor to preregistration students and mentor new staff.
• Support colleagues and liaise with nursing education departments.
• Maintain professional registration and contribute to audits and safety initiatives.
• Promote patient-centred practice and advocate for patients and families.
