Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Ireland. Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care

  • Clinical Duties
    • Perform clinical procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and IV therapy.
    • Assist in medical procedures and surgeries as required.
    • Ensure infection control protocols are followed at all times.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
    • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
  • Documentation
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times.
  • Education and Support
    • Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care.
    • Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
  • Professional Development
    • Stay updated with the latest nursing practices, guidelines, and technologies.
    • Participate in continuous professional development (CPD) activities.
  • Compliance
    • Adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics.
    • Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMBI registration.
  • Relevant nursing degree or diploma.
Experience
  • Previous nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
  • Newly qualified nurses are also encouraged to apply.
