Job summary

Logiskills in Ireland seeks a Driver Recruitment & Retention Lead to own the full driver journey from attraction to onboarding and ongoing engagement. You will work with the Driver Management Team to develop innovative recruitment and retention initiatives and strengthen the driver value proposition.

You will manage multi-channel campaigns, partner with training bodies, and implement onboarding programs while driving cost-effective recruitment and high driver satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years' recruitment experience across channels.
• HR qualification with people-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and seasonal driver recruitment strategy.
• Recruit drivers via multi-channel channels including social media, agencies and schools.
• Oversee driver recruitment website and digital platforms.
• Manage recruitment budgets and spend.
• Establish training partnerships and internal programmes.
• Drive driver onboarding, referrals and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate interviews, driving evaluations, and right-to-work checks.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Analyse turnover and stay/exit interviews to identify root causes.
