Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of professional drivers.
• Maintain a strong operational presence within the depot and wider operation.
• Lead driver recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.
• Conduct driver reviews, investigations and disciplinary processes.

• Assist with accident and incident investigations.

Driver Operations & Compliance Manager

Location: Dublin 15, Co. Dublin

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role: An established and growing transport operation based in Dublin 15 is seeking to appoint a Driver Operations & Compliance Manager to support the day-to-day management of its professional driver workforce. This is a hands-on operational role requiring a visible presence within the business. The successful candidate will work closely with drivers, management and operational teams to maintain high standards of safety, compliance, performance and professionalism across the fleet operation. This position would suit an experienced transport professional, fleet supervisor, transport manager, transport planner, driver manager, compliance manager or operations professional with previous experience working directly with HGV drivers.
