Job summary

Fannin is seeking a Delivery/Logistics Assistant to organise and schedule deliveries and collections of medical equipment, assemble and demonstrate equipment at customer sites, and ensure delivery vans are kept clean and well-maintained. The role requires excellent communication and the ability to work to deadlines.

Occasional travel to other Fannin sites is expected; training courses will be provided, and remuneration will reflect experience in a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Pleasant, confident manner and good verbal and written communications skills.
• Articulate, courteous with a friendly manner.
• Capability of working on own initiative without close supervision as well as a member of a team.
• Strong internal & external customer focus.
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage a multitasking environment.

• Work in accordance with Work Instructions, Safe Working Practices and Method Statements ensuring relevant paperwork is completed in an accurate timely manner
• Contacting Clients prior to each delivery / Collection
• Liaising with Office on Issues with Delivery / Collection
