Corpay in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a DORA & Operational Resilience Manager to lead resilience across Irish entities and align with EU DORA and Central Bank expectations. You will coordinate ICT risk, incident reporting, testing, and third‑party oversight, reporting to the Group Head of Compliance.

You will collaborate with Technology, Information Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Procurement, preparing dashboards and papers for senior management and Boards, while ensuring clear ownership

Qualifikationen

• Experience implementing DORA/operational resilience controls.
• Ability to coordinate across Technology, Information Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Procurement and Operations.
• Ability to prepare dashboards and decision papers for senior management and Boards.

Aufgaben

• Own the DORA and operational resilience framework for Irish entities, with clear entity-level accountability.
• Maintain policies, control mappings, risk assessments, metrics and evidence aligned with DORA and Central Bank guidance.
• Coordinate gap assessments, compliance monitoring and remediation, tracking actions to closure.
• Prepare dashboards and papers for senior management and risk committees and Boards.
• Lead responses to Central Bank requests, inspections and supervisory engagement.
• Identify critical services, map dependencies, and coordinate resilience testing.
• Set impact tolerances, recovery objectives, and coordinate scenario testing.
• Document and maintain resilience processes with clear ownership and evidence.
• Lead BIAs and ensure recovery requirements and regulatory impacts are identified.
• Maintain business continuity, crisis management, and incident response arrangements.
• Coordinate digital resilience testing and ICT incident governance.
