DORA & Operational Resilience Manager
Corpay is currently looking to hire a DORA & Operational Resilience Manager within our Alpha FX division. This position falls under our Cross Border line of business and is located in Dublin, Ireland.
The DORA & Operational Resilience Specialist will lead Corpay Cross-Border's resilience framework across its Irish payments and markets entities. You will ensure both entities maintain proportionate, well-evidenced arrangements aligned with the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), related technical standards and Central Bank of Ireland expectations. Working across Technology, Information Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Procurement and Operations, you will coordinate ICT risk, incident reporting, resilience testing, business service mapping, continuity and third-party oversight. You will advise senior management and both Irish Boards, support regulatory engagement and apply consistent group standards while preserving clear legal-entity ownership and recognising each entity's services and risk profile. Alongside your responsibilities, you will provide ad hoc support to the wider Regulatory team with its day-to-day activities. As the role may extend beyond the core DORA and Operational Resilience remit, you must be able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively across the wider Group, adapt to evolving priorities, and quickly develop new skills as required.
You will report directly to the Group Head of Compliance. You will regularly collaborate with Technology, Information Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Procurement and Operations teams in Europe and into the wider Global team.
Own the DORA and operational resilience framework for both Irish entities, with clear entity-level accountability.
Maintain policies, control mappings, risk assessments, metrics and evidence aligned with DORA, Central Bank guidance and group standards.
Coordinate gap assessments, compliance monitoring and remediation, tracking actions to sustainable closure.
Prepare dashboards and decision papers for senior management, risk committees and both Boards.
Lead responses to Central Bank requests, inspections and supervisory engagement.
Identify critical or important services and functions, mapping dependencies across people, processes, technology, data and third parties.
Set impact tolerances and recovery objectives, and coordinate severe-but-plausible scenario testing.
Work with key business departments to document, maintain and enhance operational resilience processes, ensuring clear ownership, dependencies, recovery arrangements and appropriate supporting evidence.
Lead and coordinate Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) across relevant business areas, ensuring critical activities, dependencies, recovery requirements and potential customer/regulatory impacts are identified, documented and periodically reviewed.
Maintain business continuity, crisis management, disaster recovery and communication arrangements, embedding lessons learned.
Coordinate digital resilience testing, including control, vulnerability and recovery testing, and threat-led penetration testing where applicable.
Oversee ICT incident classification, escalation, regulatory reporting, root-cause analysis and remediation.
Challenge ICT risk assessments, control performance, risk acceptances and remediation with Technology and Information Security.
Maintain the DORA Register of Information and oversee ICT third-party due diligence, contracts, concentration risk and exit planning.
Ensure new products, changes and outsourcing arrangements address resilience, criticality, customer impact and entity requirements.
Deliver training and promote a strong resilience culture across both entities and the wider Group.
