Professional Security is expanding its operations to Dublin and seeks courteous, professional Door Supervisors to join the founding team. The role focuses on creating a safe, welcoming environment across premium venues while representing the company to the highest standards.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, able to work various shifts, and hold a PSA licence or be eligible to obtain one. Right to work in Ireland is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a visible and professional security presence.
• Welcome customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Carry out ID and age verification checks where required.
• Manage venue entry and exit safely and professionally.
• Monitor venue safety and respond appropriately to incidents.
• Complete incident reports accurately and promptly.
• Work closely with venue management, emergency services and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and licensing requirements.
• Represent Professional Security to the highest standard at all times.
