Job summary

Glanua is seeking a Document Controller to manage and control project documentation from their Regional Office in Ballincollig, Co. Cork. You will implement new changes to document management systems and ensure compliance with established procedures.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in documentation management, preferably in construction, and familiarity with web-based information systems. The role offers competitive salary, pension, and benefits including 22 days annual leave.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience in Documentation or Information management, ideally within construction.
• Experience of implementing and managing document management systems.
• Ability to produce document progress reports for senior managers.

Responsibilities

• Control company and project documentation.
• Follow and improve document control procedures.
• Conduct regular reviews and document audits.
• Distribute project documentation to relevant team members.
• Engage with Project Teams on document submissions.
