FRS Recruitment is seeking an Area Manager to oversee stores in Wexford, Waterford and Kilkenny. You will lead District Managers, drive performance, and develop high-performing teams across a fast-paced retail network.

Responsibilities include stock flow and cash management, district tours with the Sales Executive, and delivering annual business plans. A 2.1 degree or 3+ years of management experience, plus a full driving licence, are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.1 degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Full, clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a district, overseeing all Store Managers.
• Foster a positive, high-performing team environment.
• Coach, support, and develop Store Managers to drive success.
• Monitor and optimise stock flow and cash management.
• Conduct regular district tours with the Sales Executive.
• Provide analysis and feedback to support key projects.
• Manage store openings, refurbishments, and re-openings.
• Develop and execute annual business plans and staffing strategies.
• Define and track KPIs to ensure operational excellence.
• Align district performance with company strategy.
• Prepare for and actively contribute to Area Manager meetings.
