Responsibilities

• Oversight of distribution inter-affiliates, delegates, and third-party providers.
• Strengthen outsourcing governance for distribution compliance.
• Prepare board packs and governance reporting with clarity and insight.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting distribution oversight.
• Build reporting tools to deepen oversight capabilities.
• Lead distribution-related projects within MSIM FMIL.
