Job summary

Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM FMIL) seeks a Vice President in Dublin to lead distribution oversight, ensuring governance across inter-affiliates, branches and external providers. This role partners with senior stakeholders to drive regulatory compliance and strategic oversight in a global funds distribution context.

The role requires robust asset management governance experience, strong program management and leadership capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex issues

Qualifications

• Extensive asset management governance experience with oversight responsibilities.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders at senior levels, including boards.
• Strong track record in delivering governance projects and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee distribution governance for inter-affiliates, branches and third-party providers.
• Strengthen outsourcing governance frameworks to meet regulatory expectations.
• Prepare senior briefing materials, board packs and governance reporting.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on distribution oversight.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools and systems for distribution oversight.
• Review and develop distribution policies and procedures as needed.
• Lead MSIM FMIL distribution related projects and drive cross-functional initiatives.
