Job summary

Waystone is seeking a Manager – Delegate Oversight to help manage operating risk deliverables across AIFM/UCITS. You will oversee delegates, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the Irish team and broader European operations.

You will collaborate with internal and external parties, perform due diligence reviews, monitor marketing materials, and maintain accurate records to support timely authorisations and risk monitoring.

Qualifications

• An internationally recognised 3rd level degree.
• Experience in a 3rd party management company role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding due diligence reviews for distribution delegates, meeting deadlines prior to CBI authorisation.
• Maintain and update trackers and documentation for due diligence reviews.
• Conduct annual due diligence reviews for active delegates and ensure timely authorisations.
• Review delegate marketing materials and coordinate with teams, providing guidance as needed.
• Update inventories and process planners to reflect delegate data accurately.
• Provide risk oversight guidance and support across the business per regulatory policies.
• Assist in internal or regulatory projects and escalate issues as required.
• Communicate with distributor delegates and respond to queries.
