Job summary

Irish Distillers, at Jameson Distillery Bow Street, seeks a Facilities Manager to own and lead all facilities, maintenance, asset care and site standards. You will drive preventative maintenance, contractor management, and compliance, ensuring a safe, guest-ready environment.

The role includes budgeting support, minor capital projects, training coordination and occasional Duty Manager duties to uphold operational resilience and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management for high-footfall, guest-facing sites.
• Strong knowledge of planned preventative maintenance and asset lifecycle.
• Experience in contractor onboarding, RAMS, and safety compliance.
• Ability to prioritise, communicate with stakeholders and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the planned preventative maintenance programme.
• Maintain oversight of building fabric, infrastructure and assets.
• Govern housekeeping, presentation and back-of-house standards.
• Manage facilities contractors and suppliers, including onboarding and safety.
• Coordinate statutory inspections, servicing, testing and certification.
• Track facilities health, safety actions and audits.
• Identify infrastructure risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Scope and deliver minor capital and improvement projects.
• Support annual facilities budgeting and cost control.
• Coordinate facilities-related training and maintain records.
• Provide Duty Manager coverage during peak periods or leave.
