Zusammenfassung

Corlann – West Region provides community-based, person-centred services for people with intellectual disabilities. The Team Leader will supervise day‑to‑day delivery, lead a frontline team and ensure services meet national standards and best practice.

Responsibilities include person‑centred planning, resource and staff management, rosters and professional leadership to secure a good quality of life for those supported, in line with CORU registration requirements and DoH guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• A relevant 3rd level qualification in the Social Care or Health Sector and CORU registration or eligible under CORU routes.
• An appropriate Health Management qualification is desirable (QQI Level 6). If not held, commitment to complete a management course.
• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience with intellectual disability is essential.
• Experience in autism and behaviours of concern would be advantageous.
