Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in Dublin seeks an experienced Director of Technical Delivery/Programme Manager for Financial Services. You will lead high-performing engineering teams and guide AI-enabled modernization across regulated finance environments, shaping client outcomes with senior executives.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, oversee budgets and risk, and contribute to pre-sales with technical estimates, while fostering technical excellence and stakeholder alignment across geographies.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale software engineering programs.
• Ability to influence and win senior stakeholder buy-in.
• Experience in regulated banking and payments environments.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end accountability for executing complex, large-scale technology programmes from discovery to operation.
• Lead delivery of software engineering, cloud infrastructure and platform modernisation initiatives.
• Manage multiple workstreams with governance, budgets, risk and commercial performance.
• Partner with C-level clients to translate technology roadmaps into business value.
• Mitigate delivery risks related to data protection, uptime and regulatory compliance.
• Guide AI-enabled transformation initiatives including ML and automation.
• Support pre-sales with technical proposals and statements of work.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence and mentorship.
