Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior leader to define and drive the enterprise-wide strategy for end-to-end supply chain performance management and reliability.

You will establish a vision linking insights to outcomes and lead a data-driven transformation across global operations, including design of standardized scorecards and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required with at least 10 years in supply chain.

Job description

  • Define and lead the enterprise-wide strategy for end-to-end supply chain performance management and reliability
  • Establish a vision connecting performance insights to reliability outcomes and drive a proactive, data-driven culture
  • Design and deploy standardized performance management frameworks, enterprise scorecards, KPI definitions, and tiered review processes
  • Ensure alignment and transparency from executive-level performance to site operations
  • Develop and embed reliability frameworks for recurring, systemic, and high-impact supply chain issues
  • Lead prioritization and governance of reliability initiatives for sustainable resolution and measurable performance impact
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing supply chain performance management and reliability team
  • Oversee digital tools and platforms such as OPM for real-time performance visibility and insights
  • Drive automation of metrics, targets, and commentary using advanced analytics and AI
  • Partner across supply chain and adjacent functions to align performance standards, metrics, and improvement initiatives
  • Influence senior stakeholders to drive accountability and adoption of standardized ways of working
  • Establish methodologies for detecting performance risks and systemic issues
  • Lead cross-functional deep dives and resolve complex challenges affecting service, quality, and cost
  • Drive continuous improvement through performance insights, After Action Reviews, and reliability initiatives
  • Lead organizational change and develop training, playbooks, and communication strategies to sustain new ways of working
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s/University or equivalent degree required
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes, including Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Delivery, and/or Procurement
  • Experience leading enterprise performance management systems and governance frameworks
  • Understanding of supply chain reliability, risk management, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience driving large-scale digital transformations, embedding new capabilities, and leading change management initiatives
  • Leadership and influencing skills to align senior stakeholders across complex organizations
  • People leadership skills, including coaching, talent development, performance management, and succession planning
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, translating data into strategic actions
  • Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site a minimum of three days each week
  • May require up to 15% domestic and/or international travel
  • Preferred: advanced degree or field of study in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
  • Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated environments
  • Preferred: experience integrating AI and advanced analytics into supply chain decision-making
  • Preferred: knowledge of Johnson & Johnson supply chain operating models, systems, and performance management frameworks
  • Preferred: ability to synthesize complex operational, financial, and technical data into executive-level insights and recommendations
