Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a seasoned leader to own the Management Review strategy and governance, chair Enterprise Quality Council meetings, and drive data-informed quality discussions across global teams.

The role emphasizes predictive analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and executive communication to translate complex data into clear narratives for leadership and Board presentations.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. in pharmaceutical sciences or related discipline; Master’s or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years’ experience in biopharmaceutical industry in Manufacturing, Quality, Technical, or Regulatory roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the strategy, governance framework, and procedural documentation for the Management Review process.
• Lead Enterprise-level and GMP/GDP Quality Council meetings, including agendas, materials, and minutes.
• Analyze quality performance data and deliver predictive insights to Quality Councils.
• Drive action tracking and closure for Enterprise Quality Council outputs.
• Lead the design and development of a data-driven tool to support Quality Council discussions.
