Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in health care, seeks a Director, Make Business Process Owner (Orthopedics) to standardise core manufacturing processes across the SAP landscape. This role drives adoption of SAP fit-to-standard and clean-core principles while ensuring alignment with regulatory and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing operations and business process experience.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (Medical Devices/Pharma/Life Sciences).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing ops, supply chain, procurement, and production planning.
• Proven ability to design, develop, implement, and lead processes in a global organisation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end MAKE process landscape within SAP S/4HANA.
• Define, govern, and maintain global manufacturing process standards and procedures.
• Drive harmonisation and simplification of processes across sites.
• Ensure alignment across manufacturing, planning, quality, sourcing, warehousing, finance and logistics.
