Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Make Business Process Owner (Orthopedics) to standardise core manufacturing processes and drive SAP-based transformation across global sites, incl. Cork and Raritan.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing operations, and strong leadership to align production, quality, supply chain and IT objectives. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory alignment, and champion a clean-core SAP approach while guiding change

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in manufacturing operations and business process experience.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (Medical Devices/Pharma/Life Sciences) preferred.
• Certification in PMP, APICS, Lean, Six Sigma or related areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end MAKE process landscape within SAP S/4HANA; define and maintain global standards.
• Lead workshops (Fit-to-Standard, Solution Confirmation) and approve designs.
• Oversee testing, validation, and system integration activities.
• Drive process optimization and change management; develop SOPs and training materials.
• Act as executive sponsor for manufacturing process adoption and transformation initiatives.
• Lead global SMEs and cross-functional teams; align with senior stakeholders.
