Job summary

St. Aidan's Services is seeking a Director of Services to join our Senior Management Team in Ireland.

The role carries overall operational responsibility for leadership, governance, quality, safety and performance of services within the assigned portfolio, reporting directly to the CEO. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership through the management structure, guiding managers to deliver rights-based, person-centred services, while contributing to workforce

Qualifications

• Senior leadership and people-management experience
• Strong strategic and operational management experience
• In-depth knowledge of HIQA, safeguarding and quality frameworks
• Commitment to rights-based, person-centred disability services
• Experience in governance, risk and continuous improvement
• Experience managing budgets and resources
