ST. AIDAN'S SERVICES in Ireland seeks a Director of Services to lead senior management with responsibility for governance, quality and performance across services. The role includes PPIM and safeguarding duties, reporting to the CEO and guiding workforce leadership and strategic development.

The successful candidate will drive rights-based, person-centred service delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee budgets, resources and stakeholder engagement across multiple teams and locations.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in intellectual disability services.
• Experience managing budgets and multi-service locations.
• Proven governance, quality and safeguarding experience in a relevant setting.
