Job summary

St. Aidan's Services in Ireland seeks two full-time Social Care Managers for day services. The role provides operational leadership across multiple adult day locations, ensuring safe, rights-based, person-centred supports that enable community participation.

The successful candidate will drive service delivery under New Directions, with a focus on quality, governance and continuous improvement, staff development and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Care orApplied Social Studies with QQI validation.
• CORU registration or eligibility and CPD requirements.
• Minimum 3 years experience in supervisory/management in health or social care.
• Management qualification is advantageous.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to drive company vehicles.
