Want the energy of a scale-up without betting your career on the next funding round?
Here’s a rare role that gives you both.
You’d be leading the go-to-market function for the eight-figure international arm of a profitable, publicly listed US tech company: one of the most established players in its category in the US, and a fast-rising challenger in the UK, second only to its main competitor.
Its international business is among the fastest-growing and most profitable parts of the group, and the products that drove its success in the US are only now reaching these markets. As a US-headquartered business, it’s investing heavily in the UK and Ireland, and you’ll be the senior commercial leader in its Dublin office, with one of the hottest products in its space and new products to take to market.
Why this role:
- Impact you can actually see. The business hit its number last year and will do it again this year. What it needs now is a leader who gives it a shared North Star, lifts performance across the go-to-market teams, and gets everyone ready for the next wave of products.
- New products to take to market. The proprietary analytics and AI-driven tools that fuelled growth in the US are only now arriving here, and you’ll lead the rollout.
- A proven launchpad. People from this team have gone on to VP-level roles, and one former director is now in the company’s C-suite. This is a place where you can grow.
- A culture people stay for. High-integrity, hungry and genuinely collaborative. Great Place to Work certified in Ireland and the US, and a regular on best-workplace lists for culture, compensation, work-life balance and inclusion. Add a global sales kickoff in the US and President’s Club trips worth earning.
What you'll own:
- Lead a 50+ strong Dublin-based team (7 direct leadership reports) selling into the UK, spanning new business AEs, account management, customer success and sales ops.
- Drive the culture. Lead by example, coach and motivate, hold people accountable for inputs as well as outcomes, and celebrate wins together.
- Drive double-figure percentage growth across the business.
- Spend your first months asking questions: work out what’s working in people, process and structure before you change it.
- Move the team from pitching products to advising customers, embedding the in-house sales methodology and a retention-focused comp model.
- Partner with product, finance, engineering and enablement to land each new product launch.
- Be the senior face for the biggest customers, including major national retail groups.
What you have:
- A culture driver. This is the big one. You’re a high-integrity, values-led leader who inspires people to want to win, and builds teams that hit their numbers the right way.
- A track record leading hunting and account-management teams in a velocity sale: 30-90 day cycles, monthly subscription deals, not 12-month enterprise deals.
- Ideally, you learned your trade somewhere structured, then had to be entrepreneurial at a smaller or scaling business.
- You’re analytical. You can break results down, find what’s really driving them, and you’ve run a QBR process end to end, taking the findings to senior leadership and turning them into action.
- Hands-on experience using AI to lift productivity, and a history of staying long enough to see your impact through.
What's in it for you:
Base salary starting at €160k, plus an annual bonus and equity in the business, with RSUs granted at hire and topped up every year. On top of that, there’s an extensive benefits package, including fully paid health cover, a 4% pension match and a paid sabbatical at five years, plus mentorship from senior international leadership.
If this sounds like you, I’d love to hear from you.
