Job summary

BNY is seeking a Director, Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across groups and translate platform strategies into actionable delivery plans in a global context. You will oversee planning, risk management, and cross-team synchronization to align with executive objectives and drive AI-driven change.

You will manage senior managers and teams, champion continuous improvement, and deliver client-focused solutions with measurable commercial impact across platforms and regions.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in business, technology, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record in leadership roles within delivery, operations, or technology.
• Demonstrated experience leading global, cross-functional teams and delivery programs.

• Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices, championing innovation and adaptability.
• Deliver solutions that enable client success and industry thought leadership.
• Optimize decision-making processes and adopt a solution mindset to overcome challenges.
• Build strategic partnerships across the firm, fostering collaboration and inclusion.
