Job summary

Amgen Dun Laoghaire seeks an Associate Director for Operations Technology to lead a client-facing multi-disciplinary team responsible for information systems, manufacturing, engineering, quality and supply chain IT. The role drives digital manufacturing, AI adoption, and Industry 4.0 initiatives to enable site operations and growth.

You will set strategy, oversee project delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor talent, and partner with corporate IT and external vendors to advance data

Qualifications

• Doctorate, 6+ years in IS/manufacturing tech or
• Master’s, 10+ years in IS/manufacturing tech or
• Bachelor’s, 12+ years in IS/manufacturing tech and 6+ years of leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Operations Technology department at the site.
• Integrate site quality/compliance with enterprise computing systems.
• Collaborate on strategy for site installations of corporate computing systems.
• Hire, mentor and deploy technology professionals for site functions.
• Oversee IT/OT platform implementation practices and lifecycle management.
• Drive agile innovation through PoCs, pilots and projects.
