Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking an Associate Manager, Investment Operations to join the Letterskenny-based PGIM Operations, Alternative Assets team. The role focuses on maintaining investment accounting, reporting and records for Private Equity, with a hybrid schedule in Letterkenny.

The candidate will supervise a small team, review statements, ensure GAAP compliance and monitor daily deliverables while coordinating with PGIM business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Excellent experience in Accounting/Investment Operations with supervisory experience is required.
• Detailed oriented with ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a deadline oriented and fast paced environment.
• Strong accounting, research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and partnering skills.

What you will do

We are looking for an Associate Manager, Investment Operations to join our PGIM Operations, Alternative Assets - Portfolio Administration and Accounting team.
The Alternative Assets Portfolio Administration and Accounting team primarily supports across PGIM functions. As the Associate Manager in the Private Equity Accounting Unit you will be responsible for maintaining investment, accounting, reporting, and record keeping systems to support PGIM Business Units.
This position is based in our state of the art Letterkenny office on a hybrid basis.

• Strong familiarity with Prudential systems a plus (Oracle ledger, Investran, MRI)
