PGIM Ireland is seeking an Investment Analyst to support onboarding and management of complex private investments. You will interpret transaction documents, investigate data discrepancies, and ensure investments are accurately reflected across systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Business.
• Ability to understand and analyze basic accounting principles and financial statements.
• Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Validation of portfolio and transaction level activity including trades, income payments, corporate actions, and deal restructurings in sub-ledger systems.
• Reconcile cash activity to bank, and address discrepancies with banks.
• Prepare and verify general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations of balances between the accounting system and the general ledger.
• Ensure financial statement balances are in accordance with GAAP & STAT principles.
• Interface with various clients and business partners.
• Prepare data for use in financial statement disclosures.
• Provide support for audits with internal and external auditors.
• Prepare reports for internal and external business partners.
• Work with the Technology team on systems improvements to the accounting system.

This role is hybrid, based in our Letterkenny office two days a week

What You Can Expect

As an Investment Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the onboarding and ongoing management of complex private investments. You will interpret transaction documentation, investigate and resolve data or system discrepancies, and help ensure investments are accurately and efficiently reflected across relevant systems. You will work closely with colleagues and business partners, maintain strong operational controls, and apply accounting knowledge and sound judgement to identify and manage potential risks.

What You Will Do

• Validation of portfolio and transaction level activity including trades, income payments, corporate actions, and deal restructurings in sub-ledger systems.

What We Offer You

• Health Insurance: PGIM Ireland partner with Laya and BUPA to provide health insurance schemes that cover eligible employees day to day medical and hospital expenses.
• Annual Leave of 23 days at full pay.
• Pension Scheme: Members of the scheme can contribute up to 8% of salary per annum and PGIM Ireland matches contributions up to 8% of salary. Members can also make voluntary contributions to the scheme.
