Job summary

Qualifications

• Third Level Qualification in Business, Accounting, Finance or Engineering.
• 5–10 years’ meaningful experience (Corporate Finance/Leasing).
• Experience in the financial mechanics of funding products and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Originating and executing optimised financing solutions for the business.
• Structuring capital market transactions with investment banks (corporate bonds, private placements, ABS etc).
• Syndication/bilateral term loans, RCFs and secured debt transactions.
• Managing relationships with financiers in banks and capital markets.
• Communicating the credit story to executives, leadership and shareholders.
• Significant travel to maintain relationships and attend conferences and roadshows.
