GKR Search and Selection is recruiting an experienced Finance Director / VP on a 6-month fixed-term contract in Dublin or Shannon. The role demands senior finance leadership to drive transaction-heavy aircraft leasing activities and to provide strategic input across the finance function.

The successful candidate will lead complex financial reporting, work with senior management and external advisors, and ensure tight delivery on key milestones in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

We are partnering with an established aircraft leasing business to appoint a senior interim finance professional on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, based in Dublin or Shannon. This requirement comes at a particularly active time for the business, with a significant pipeline of aircraft leasing and finance activity. The successful candidate will provide additional senior-level capability to the finance function and will need to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the finance function across a busy pipeline of aircraft leasing and finance activity
• Provide senior finance input into transaction and financing-related workstreams
• Provide financial and technical accounting input across transactions
• Support key financial reporting and control requirements
• Work closely with senior management, external advisors and other key stakeholders
• Provide additional senior-level capacity across key finance deliverables and ad hoc projects
• Help ensure key priorities and deadlines are effectively managed during a period of increased activity

About You

• Experienced Finance Director or well-seasoned VP-level finance professional
• Strong finance, accounting and transaction experience
• Aircraft leasing or aviation finance experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, transaction-intensive environment
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and external advisors
• Able to quickly understand the business and operate effectively with minimal onboarding
• Hands-on, pragmatic and commercially minded approach
