Job summary

Kerry is seeking a Director, Asset Lifecycle Management and Utilities to maximise asset value across the lifecycle by integrating capital projects, reliability, environmental performance, maintenance strategy and decarbonisation readiness. The role partners with global functions and regional teams within Kerry’s operational excellence framework and sustainability roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; master’s degree or professional certification preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in asset management and utilities with lifecycle focus.
• Experience developing global standards in multi-site manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with ISO 55000, asset management systems (AMS) and CMMS/EAM solutions (e.g. MaintainX).
• Experience partnering with insurers, risk engineers, and loss prevention specialists.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy a multi-year Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategy aligned with growth and sustainability objectives.
• Establish global standards for asset design, maintainability, reliability, operability and lifecycle cost optimization.
• Define asset criticality frameworks and lifecycle management processes across sites.
• Embed energy efficiency, carbon, water, waste, refrigerant and climate-resilience criteria into asset decisions.
• Develop asset-class transition pathways for high-energy and fossil-fuel-dependent assets.
• Establish world-class asset care practices to improve availability and reliability.
• Lead global standards and programs for utility systems including steam, refrigeration, water, HVAC, and waste treatment.
• Drive digital asset management across the enterprise (CMMS/EAM, APM, predictive analytics).
• Governance, KPI development and capability building within Engineering, Maintenance and Operations.
