Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or AI-powered software.
5+ years leading product managers and product organizations.
Experience launching AI-powered products or workflow automation solutions.
Strong understanding of conversational AI, generative AI, workflow automation, or digital customer engagement systems.

Responsibilities

Define AI engagement strategy and portfolio priorities.
