Job summary

Dell Technologies in Cork, Ireland is seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead Agentic AI initiatives and drive measurable business impact. You will architect AI/GEN AI solutions, oversee the AI strategy, and transform the Customer Support domain toward autonomous agentic systems.

The role requires specialist expertise in large language models, Python, ML pipelines, and multi-agent collaboration, with hands-on development in cloud environments and a track record of innovation and IP creation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in applied science or complex software systems.
• Advanced experience with Python, ETL pipelines and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong software development skills in Python; experience with AI frameworks in cloud environments.
• Experience with training and applying large language models (LLMs) for agentic AI applications.
• Proficiency in designing and developing multi-agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the full AI/ML lifecycle from prototype to deployment.
• Design, develop, and implement AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making.
• Stay current with AI advancements and proactively apply new technologies.
• Mentor IP development, research publications and white papers.
